Immersion MBR Technology
The submerged flat membrane is used as the raw water filtration unit to intercept the suspended solids and bacteria in waste water, so as to achieve the purpose of purified water quality.
◆ Technical advantages:
① Good anti pollution ability: the surface of the high-end filter membrane prepared by polar segregation technology has more hydrophilic groups, which greatly improves the hydrophilicity of the outer surface of the membrane separation layer, its contact angle is less than 60 °, reduces the pollution of hydrophobic components on the membrane surface in the wastewater, improves the chemical cleaning cycle, and can be applied to the high concentration wastewater system;
② Low pressure and large flux: under the same transmembrane pressure, the solution flux of high-performance ultrafiltration membrane increased by more than 20%, showing excellent performance in porosity, pore size, pore size distribution and solution flux test.
External MBR Technology
A new wastewater treatment technology combining membrane separation technology and biotechnology. The removal rates of COD, BOD, ammonia and SS are 95.29%, 66.46%, 40.94% and 92.86%, respectively

Zero emission technology
Via process consisted of "pretreatment + membrane concentration technology + evaporation salt separation" the salt of wastewater can be evaporated and separated to obtain the first-class sodium chloride, potassium chloride and other industrial salts with the content of more than 99%, 98.5% and above. Clear liquid is reused as reclaimed water to achieve zero discharge.
① Membrane concentration unit can concentrate the TDS of high salt water to 80000-100000 mg/L, and the TDS of evaporated concentrated liquid can be more than 220000 mg/L;
② The purity and whiteness of the product can meet the relevant industry standards or national standards;
③ After salt separation, the output of hazardous waste miscellaneous salt can be greatly reduced, and output of hazardous waste can be reduced;
④ At present, more than 85% of industrial wastewater can be treated by this technology, which can achieve zero discharge of wastewater and high comprehensive technical benefit.
